They started work early in the morning so that they could finish in 1 day out of consideration for me as I am pregnant with twins and they did not want to leave me without heat in the winter, even for one day. "Excellent professional service. The person I worked with was named Eugene. He wore a mask and tried to keep the whole process as clean as possible. My air conditioner was dripping water and needed to be cleaned with some chemicals. Eugene tested the air conditioner to make sure it didn't need to be replaced and a cleaning would not work. He told me the air conditioner was in good condition but needed a cleaning to unclog the pipes and it would stop dripping. He was totally right. After he took it out and cleaned it and then put it back in the window it worked perfectly. It was quiet and dry. Eugene was very fast and did a great job. He was pleasant to work with. He explained things before he did them and asked me if I had any questions. I felt he was very honest and really wanted to help. He only took payment after he completed the job and I said I was happy and satisfied. I transferred money to him via Zelle, but he can take payments using anything...... credit card, cash, pay pal, or whatever. The whole process was fast and easy. I thought I was going to have to buy a new conditioner, but instead it just needed a simple cleaning. I really recommend Eugene and his company. I have read about other companies and how they are not so honest or they do a messy job. Please use this company. You won't regret it. I just found them by accident. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation.
