Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10. He is an exceptional technician, knows his job, explains things well, and personable. The cost today was $17 for a replacement filter."
