He quickly diagnosed our problem in the one unit not working at all and also checked a second air conditioner we have and replaced the capacitor in both. This turned out great as we have air now coming from both units. My only concern was the cost of the capacitors."

I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again.
