"I first contacted Valley to get a quote on how much it would cost to get air conditioning installed. I live in an older town home that is approximately 1100 sq. ft. They sent someone out to take a look and see what was involved. He was very professional and explained what was involved including getting permits from the city. He quoted the amount and provided me with an invoice. I contacted them 3 months later to say I was ready for the install. The installation turned out to be quite challenging due to the way my home is constructed, but Valley made it work. The service person had to stay a few hours longer but I wasn't charged anything extra for it. They stuck with the amount of the estimate that was quoted. It's only been a couple of months since the install, but I have to say my only complaint at this point is how cold it gets when I turn on the air. But that's a nice problem to have. :)"

"Air conditioner was blowing ambient air only. Tried to contact my usual HVAC company and they were scheduled out 3 weeks because of the recent heat wave. I called 14 companies to check on availability and Comfort Energy was the only one who had an opening within the week. I confirmed with them and was very pleasantly surprised. They confirmed not only the day and time, but also the exact make, model, ans serial number of the unit to ensure they had all the information they needed. In the meantime, my husband was able to get the unit going by installing a new capacitor himself, which he had done in the past, but wanted to go ahead with the service call so we could have the whole system checked out in case there were other issues. The day before the appointment, I received a text confirming the appointment time. I asked that the service technician call 30 minutes before arrival, which he did. The technician, Nasser Pineda, is a fine representative for his company. He was polite, respectful of both my husband and me, and took time at the start of the service call to go over what he would be doing and how he hoped to provide us with the best service we had ever had. He said that the goal of Comfort Energy was to provide us with service above and beyond expectations. He did not fail us. He even wore booties so that he did not track dirt into the house. My husband followed him around asking questions and he was patient and knowledgeable. Nasser also told us about their yearly service plan which would ensure service checkups before the heat of the summer and for the heater before winter cold months. That, plus the guarantee that we would get priority appointment times even during heavy demand, has clinched our participation. Nasser and Comfort Energy know how to do it right; ensure that the client doesn't want to go anywhere else for their HVAC service."

They were done in couple of days and then they actually called followin up on the project making sure that everything workis fine. Professional work. Overall very pleasant experience."

"Air Sharks are very professional and I think they did a good job on installing HP HVAC in our property."

"Great team. While the job is messy as they have to work under your house. Aire Serv was great to work with. We needed new ducts and boots and my house is now moving air better than it has in twenty years. Highly recommend Aire Serv."

"Jaleen from Albert Nahmans is top notch , diagnosed the issue with an old furnace , fixed it and made recommendations for repairs and or replacement . A huge thank you!!"

"My job was cleaning of Air Ducts and dryer vent which is not on the drop down list provided. I spoke with several companies to see about quotes and scheduling. a clean out for my dryer vent before I had a new dryer installed. Silicon Valley Air Experts called me right away, listened to the job and provided a transparent initial assessment and cost estimate. While talking to them I also learned about cleaning all the air ducts, which I hadn't done in some time. They showed up on time, completed all of the work efficiently and cleaned up afterward. I plan to use them again in the future. It was a wonderful experience."

"IRBIS responded in a very timely manner when I requested a quote on Yelp for my AC repair. When at first I didn't respond, they even reached back out to see if I still needed assistance. Indeed I did! They were able to make a next-day appointment. The next day of my appointment, I received a text letting me know that technician Hugo E. was on his way. Technician Hugo was professional, tidy, and had excellent customer service and communication skills. He was able to explain to me what the problem was and the different options/packages I could purchase. This felt very respectful of my autonomy to choose the best option that works for us at this time. His work was efficient and he was very knowledgeable about AC units. I highly recommend the services of IRBIS."

"The furnace is great, the techs are great, but getting replacement furnace filters, not so much"
