"The Liberty Air crew showed on time and began removing the old system and fabricating new duct work to fit the new system. They worked non stop for about 6.5 hours and had finished the preliminary installation of the new system. The following morning they returned and completed the outside work installing the new compressor unit and related plumbing/wiring. I was amazed by the size of the new unit, it was clearly larger than the one previously sitting on the pad. John had explained during the estimate, the the builder had installed a unit too small for the size of the home, which caused some of the problems. Liberty Air did a great job and I complemented them on their attention to details. Everything fits, the wiring is tucked away nicely and the system runs perfectly. And - I have a heated garage!"

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. "I would highly recommend these guys for  the quality of their product, their excellent customer service, and their reasonable price.
It was an excellent experience overall.  I was particularly impressed with how helpful they were in the preparation of the move.  They were very responsive, great about answering questions, and we really liked that they were an end to end supplier, who didn't hand off our possessions to a subcontractor, even for a very long move like this.  Even the gentleman driving the truck called us from the road in the middle of the move to make sure everything was OK, and to coordinate drop off of our things.
The load and unload was fast, and professional.  They were a bit late arriving for load up, but more than made up for it by really throwing a lot of people at the job, and ended up finishing well ahead of schedule.  Unload was on-time,  very smooth, and very fast.
A couple of minor things were damaged during the move, but for a move of this distance, I really expected more problems.  
Overall, I was absolutely delighted by the condition our possessions arrived in, and the care that was taken with them.  In particular, I have several delicate musical instruments that I was quite concerned about moving, and they took REALLY good care of these, as well as our computers, and our framed art work - all things I thought might be vulnerable.  
I've heard a lot of horror stories about moving, but these guys did everything they could to make their part of what is inevitably a stressful experience and smooth and professional as I could ask for.
