"Tim with Efficiency Air out of Ventura, Ca was great. I selected Efficiency Air after receiving three bids. Tim personally bid the job and followed with a second visit when I informed him of my decision to award the bid. Tim was on-site during the entire installatIon. He and his crew replaced my heating and air conditioning units plus new ductwork in less than one day. "Replaced my gas furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump. The only company I contacted who did a thorough analysis of my home and electrical system to determine exactly what I needed. Side note: I requested this service because my furnace quit working. The technician who came out to evaluate my home repaired the furnace for free while doing his analysis. I still bought the heat pump, but this company definitely did not simply try to just sell me one."

Erin was user friendly. What I liked most about Erin was he was a great listener and communicator.
