I conducted lots of research on equipment (Trane, Lennox, York, American Standard, Goodman etc. equipment, LG vs. Climatuff vs. Copeland compressor etc.), to ensure I understood the proposals. The install took place 1 1/2 weeks after the initial inquiry, and the entire process was seamless.
