He was able to quickly identify the problem with the registers and dampers and able to get warm air flowing to the otherwise very cold areas of the house. In addition, Jim was able to recommend some additional services that would help me achieve the desired evenness of temperature such as an additional return and humidifier for the home. Great experienced master certified technician!"

I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. IRE answered every question and explained a part that needed replaced. He showed the old part and it's voltage that was deficient then the new part and the proper voltage for our unit. "I would highly recommend HPC Services! They responded quickly when we called for an estimate on a new heat pump. The gentlemen who were in our home installing the unit were professional and polite and very nice to our little dogs. Sergio stayed and answered all of our questions until late in the evening. They offered us a free duct cleaning and that was completed on Monday after the Friday install. Emmett worked quickly and professionally. He was so very nice and easy to talk to.
