"Had service star Air & heating replace a 5 ton and 2.5 ton and two air handlers that had gone bad. Louis Ratti told me it would take his crew about 8 hours to completed the job from 9:am to 5pm. The crew got there on time and started to work right away. They were professional, courteous and proficient. There was no guessing to what they had to. They were good I say better than good. By 2:30pm they had both systems up and running and the work area clean and spotless. Not only that, I asked if they would connect my phone to both thermostat and with out hesitation they did it. They were very reasonable in part labor and weekend rate! Richie was professional and polite! We will only call Seacoast for our conditioner! Thank you you are the best!"

"Leading Air and Heat is fantastic! They are very fast, efficient and HONEST! My ceiling had a crack in it and come to find out, it was a condensation problem with some of the A/C duct work. The cover on the insulation was torn up and It had caused the insulation to absorb water, which put pressure on the ceiling causing the crack. I found this out because I had a company out to repair the crack in the ceiling and smooth out my ceiling. When they pulled down the part of the ceiling that was cracked, they discovered soaking wet insulation. I had gotten an estimate from another company. The other company told me I needed to replace ALL of the duct work. He said it was all in terrible condition. I received an estimate for $5,200.00! He deducted the $79 I had paid the evening before when they had sent someone out who couldn’t even get up in the crawl space, so the actual quote was for $4,923. That $79 was for a “service call”. Since I had already looked up replacing the existing duct work to see what I should expect to pay, this estimate was more in line with a brand new initial install of duct work for a brand new system, not just replacing existing ducts. It was more than double the price I had anticipated, and I was figuring high. I went on Angi right away so I could get a second opinion. Leading Air and Heat contacted me right away. Michael, who is the owner, came out within an hour or so after that initial contact. He climbed up in the crawl space and took a quick look around. He said everything looked pretty good except for the area at issue. He didn’t charge me to come out and my estimate was far less than 10% of what the other company tried to charge me. The repair was done the very next morning by Richie. He was on time and very efficient. He’s super respectful and nice as well! I asked him if he could take another look around to see if there are any others we should take care of soon and he did find one other duct that probably should be replaced since there are some tears in it. It’s not quite as bad as the one that I had repaired and is not leaking or anything, but it would be a good idea to replace it before there is any trouble with it. He took pictures of it and I will be sent an estimate on that one so it can be repaired before it causes damage like the first one did. I highly recommend Leading Air and Heat. They do great work quickly and are honest, which is extremely important, especially these days. I will be calling them for all of my air and heat needs going forward."

"Mr. Lopez provided same day service and arrived on time. I contacted him to clean my dryer vent. He was eager to get the job done. He found a ball of lint blocking the dryer rooftop vent and did not charge me. While he was here he checked out my malfunctioning air conditioning system. He unblocked the drain line, checked the temperature of the AC vents and the ceiling and gave me excellent tips on how to improve the air circulation. He is very honest and knowledgeable.
