I have been in the construction industry for 40 years. We do drywall repairs, whole houses, garages. We also do interior painting.

"They were really good.  We had someone come in to do a remodeling job and the part was that they were supposed to be putting in central air.  They put the unit in, but they didn't hook it up.  If we had tried to tune it on, my house would have burned down.  Super Heating guy fixed everything in.  They put the ductwork in as it was supposed to be.  The things that were supposed to be in taken and something that blows out, the other company had it reversed.  Super Heating people came in and fixed all the messed up jobs.  They did a really good job fixing that.  My husband just took a shot in the dark.  They came right away.  They were very courteous.  We think we were very lucky.  They were just great."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

Later when I gutted and after I applied new subfloor I shopped again for vinyl plank. A great finished floor may require some prep work. Most places wanted me to do the prep work, and since I don't know much about prep it would make for a subpar finished product. If you get a quote that says you do the prep, then the company won't stand behind the finished product because you're responsible for the prep work. Troy understood what I wanted, and would do what was required to make it look great. And I think it does look great. The best endorsement a company can get is repeat business. So when I'm ready to do my bathroom that's who I'm calling. That'll be 3 jobs from me. So I feel confident you'll receive the same quality. Don't waste your time at the flooring store."

"They came on the day and at the time agreed on.  There were four of them and they worked for a few minutes over an hour.  I had paid for three hours so I got a real deal.  The owner of the company was one of the four and he was professional, polite, and knew exactly how to accomplish what I described.  
If I were in a position to do this, I would give up working at all in my flower beds (after planting, of course), and just hire them to come a couple of times a month and do exactly what they did while they were here.
We have a area around our air conditioning unit that is fenced and nobody has tended to that area in years, I don't think.  The owner came and offered for his men to cut down the weeds and put all the clippings in the trash which certainly had not been part of the original agreement.
Anyone who has this kind of work to be done should consider this company.  They are prompt, professional and good at what they do.
