"To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home. At every step they were professional & responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadn't thought of. The work was done on-time, everything was clean and neat and they checked in at many steps in the process to ensure we were happy and understood what was going on. So far we're 2-3 weeks in with the system and it's operating great. I would recommend this company quite enthusiastically to anyone looking for a new heating/cooling solution in their home."

"We got off to a rocky start by getting no response to initial call for repair.  We were told by the answering service that a technician would get right back to us, but we had to call again an hour later after not hearing from anyone and we knew the later it got (it was close to 8pm by this time) the less likely it would be that someone would come out.  After our second call, Ben called us within 5 minutes.  He tried to help us with a "bandaid" fix until the morning which turned out not to work so we went through the night with no air conditioning.  He told us to call first thing in the morning when the office opened at 8am which we did.
Within 5 minutes of our first call in the morning, we received a call from Richard who indicated he would be at our house within 30 minutes and you could have set your watch to that.  30 minutes right on the button.  He did inform us right up front what the fee would be which was appreciated and he had the air conditioner problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes and cool air coming through the house in no time.  
Richard was both professional and personable and very thorough in explaining what he did and why and even gave the origin of the part he used (part was made in the US).  We were so pleased with the service we received even though it didn't start out promising that we signed up for bi-annual service with them.  
We would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone based on the service we received from Richard.

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "Jesse (owner of Saguaro Air Solutions) provided me a fair & honest estimate to replace my whole A/C system. Out of the 4 estimates I received, his was a lower cost & for a much better system with a heat pump. I questioned if he offered any discounts/rebates, & his answer was that he charges a flat rate (for system & installation) & doesn't show a bunch of discounts to make the customer feel good about getting a good price. Jesse was very responsive to all my email inquiries & answered everything I had questions/concerns about - approx 6 emails). He kept me informed up to the day of installation. The install went very well & it was only 1 day w/o A/C vs the other HVAC companies of 2 days - including from major, more popular companies. I also had duct cleaning done - the same day. They were careful to cover all furniture & carpeting to avoid falling dust. They also took the extra effort & cleaned/washed my register vent covers, & cleaned up the work site upon completion. I would recommend Saguaro Air Solutions for any A/C or heating (& duct cleaning) work for anyone needing HVAC service."
