They arrived on time, were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of work was outstanding (they even fixed a few electrical glitches). If the systems perform as well as the installation crew, we will be extremely satisfied customers. Of course only time will tell with respect to the systems, but I would highly recommend ACS Air Conditioning Services."

"To say we were happy with Temperature-Control would be an understatement of the nth degree. We hire T-C to install a new, high-end Trane heat pump & air handler in our home. At every step they were professional & responsive. They showed up on time, sent pictures of all employees visiting our property, answered every question we asked and a few we hadn't thought of. The work was done on-time, everything was clean and neat and they checked in at many steps in the process to ensure we were happy and understood what was going on. "It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for $29.99 for a diagnostics on the heating and A/C but I was charged more because I had repair done. They were good, there had been another company that had given me more information about replacing parts so that the air conditioner could continue to be used. It is old but the other company seemed to be more willing to do the work that it would take to keep the old unit going, and Trusted seemed to want more to just replace the unit. For me, replacing the unit would just be a very difficult thing at this time. He did repair and he was effective at that. I guess he just didn't want to have the whole job, he just would have much rather pop the unit off and get another unit on, it's just easier for them. I'd be more likely to look for somebody else to use in the future."

"This company is worthy of not only an "A" rating, but an "A+" rating. The three man crew that arrived at the house were awesome! They were professional, friendly, great communicators, and hard workers. They went right to work after a brief walk thru to show them the scope of work we were asking to have done. The crew went to work immediately, each having their own assignments to accomplish the cleaning. The carpets turned out better than they ever have! They even got the areas of the carpeting that see the most foot traffic clean! The crew was very careful not to run the cleaning equipment into the door jambs and base boards. They placed corner protectors at each door jamb to make sure their equipment didn't scratch these surfaces. The owner/management team of this company was a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact to all follow up communications both before and after the job. You can't go wrong with using the Carpet Police for your carpet cleaning jobs. We can only imagine how well they can perform all the other cleaning services that they offer."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner.
