"Our AC broke at the worst time: Memorial Day weekend. We called several emergency repair companies before Dominion Services, but none of their emergency technicians got back to us. We waited for over twelve hours in our hot home for someone to call us back. Finally, we used Home Advisor to contact Dominion Services Heating & Air. We immediately got a call from the company to confirm our appointment! The technician (Tarone?) was at our house within an hour and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. I could have cried I was so relieved. Excellent service. We will definitely be using them for all of our future HVAC maintenance and services!"
