She was so intentive with all my needs and always made it easy to get my questions answered. Maggie kept me informed on every step of this very large process from scheduling a crane and road crew, to getting permits and having the work inspected. SHE MADE THE WHOLE THING SIMPLE. Now the work crews worked quickly to get things running for us. The original plan was to take two days getting the old air conditioners down from the roof and then the new ones up and running. The crews had everything done in less then a day. I could not be happier with my experience with Phoenix HVAC!! I will definitely hire them again!"
