I understand this is a small job for Equality Builders of Columbia Basin, but they both handled the job very professional. "JA Bertsch was the most amazing company to work with. I recommend them to anyone, and truly wish they would expand beyond heating and cooling so that I could hire them for all my home care needs! They were very professional and provided great options for us to choose from when replacing our furnace and air conditioner. They improved the return air system so that it was actually installed to work (the home builders DID NOT do this correctly). Our chosen furnace system did not arrive in time for our installation, so they upgraded us for free to a better system that they had in store so that they could install on the arranged date. Our home is SO much more comfortable and the furnace now maintains even temperatures in the basement and upper level of the home. They had all the areas needed to pass inspection the first time covered and there were no issues with permits and passing inspection due to their attention to all the details like placement of Carbon Monoxide detectors. EVERY employee we worked with was kind, and customer friendly. They helped us secure 0% financing for the full job and completed all the rebate paperwork for us to help with a very smooth financing process. We will be on their Comfort Home plan for life to have them continue to ensure our furnace and AC are well maintenance! "Cassie, the service person from Aire Serv, did an outstanding job. She clearly knew her job and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confidant. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.
I will use Aire Serve in the future and, based on what Cassie told me, I have confidence all their people are good, but I will request her for future service.

"I called 3 AC repair companies. They all told me 24-48 hours and their after hours repair was expensive. When I called ACI she gave me their after hours charges which were the price of the other companies regular fees so I told her to schedule. The repairman was at my house within the hour and arrived so close to regular hours that he didn't charge me overtime fees. My air conditioner was up and running in no time. The only down side was the fact that it was a very inexpensive fuse that was replace and the charge was over $100 plus the service call. I was a little surprised but then again I don't think they are out of line with other companies. All in all I was very happy."
