We have a $200 diagnostic fee, this includes travel, service call fee and waiver for the first hour of work. We charge $250 to come out and meet with you and to discuss your HVAC project options. We will walk you through the incentive and rebate process as well. If you decide to use us as your mechanical contractor, we will issue you a credit of $250 on your invoice. We only converse in English.

"I called in the early evening and David called me back within 5 minutes. I explained the problem with my central AC not working and he was here the next morning. David diagnosed the problem and gave me a very fair price for the repair. He had the part on his truck and had the AC running again within 45 minutes of his arrival. "I hired northeast heating and cooling to replace my aging heating A/C system. This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient.
