"I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Abraham showed up right on time. He took a look at the system and confirmed that the furnace was running as expected, and he didn’t find evidence of a cracked heat exchanger. I was hoping for a definitive answer as to why the air wasn’t flowing out of several of my vents, but he was only able to confirm that it wasn’t due to the furnace itself. I may have clogged or separated ductwork behind the walls, but he wasn’t able to diagnose/confirm. At least I know the furnace itself isn’t the source."

"This company was without question one of the best we have worked with. Polite, honest about the work to be done and the time frame to get it done. Our Navien boiler/heat combo went on the fritz during a major cold snap and the holidays, a double whammy. They came out that very day. Jared was our technician, he was awesome. Kelley's was able to get the needed part to fix the issue the next day. He came back not only fixed the problem, but waited for 30 minutes before departure checking the system and making certain everything was running as designed. Since the combo system went down during such extreme cold days, extra pressure built up that didn't present itself until the next day.
