He was intent on helping me to get the best results from my system as a new user of this type of unit. I'm not qualified to rate the work quality. It seemed expensive to me, but it's my first experience with a natural gas/air conditioning combination system, so I have no frame of reference. I will use this company again after checking competitive prices."

Did the work for the AC unit (maintenance/clean up) and as a master electrician, was able to also re-wire us to use the nest thermostat right away, no need to wait for a different technician to come out to do the work. It was HOT up in the attic, so it was REALLY appreciated! Cleaned everything up very nicely after the job was done as well.
