The secretary said she will dispatch a technician to my house. The technician did not arrive until 5:30. He was kind and was able to fix the capacitor, which was causing the issue. About a week later, their office followed up. I told the lady that the a/c was on, but now there was another sound coming from the system. The secretary indicated that the technician would call me that day to discuss and set up a follow up visit to address the issue. No one ever called."

"It is July 4th! Every big company I called said they didn t have any parts in stock, they could maybe help me next week I was so stressed out and so upset. Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking. No extra for the holiday. He explained and showed me stuff. I am very, very, very pleased and will recommend them again."

Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. "Chad arrived on time. He and his crew were very courteous and professional. He and I had both initially thought that I had a slab leak based on the symptoms. But once Chad got an air compressor hooked up to the water line to blow the water out, he found the leak to be in the yard where a landscaping crew had capped off the old sprinkler system with the incorrect fitting. He and his crew got the problem solved in just a few hours. The price was considerably less than what we talked about if it had been a slab leak, so I was very pleased about that also. I would definitely recommend Chad and Priority Plumbing."
