"This was my second quote and this company is amazing. Quickly identified the issue, changed the motor, provided a filter and made sure everything was working on one trip within a few hours. The previous company (Air Pros, LLC) said it was unfixable and tried to sell me a new unit over $6k which was a huge scam. Don't go to those guys, work with this family owned honest business. Keep in mind HVAC repairs in many cases are not cheap, I own 3 houses and have paid several hundred or more when an HVAC is old and need repairs."

Informing me there should be a minimum one year installers warranty, to figure out whom installed it and to get them back out as to not void my manufacture warranty by allowing someone else work on the system. I received and used information from my broker and the same day 4/24/26 called the original installer and they are coming today 4/28/26 to fix this brand new system. "We called "Good to Go" for an estimate to replace our old and reported to be failed air conditioning system. Mr. Kaurin visited us and inspected the unit He reported that the air compressor's low voltage source was disconnected and that the capacitor was bad. He replaced and repaired the unit and had it operating within 1/2 hour of his visit. We will have "Good to Go" replace both our furnace and A/C system when either system becomes un-repairable.
