"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. "I did a quote on Angie needing help with my newly installed HVAC system in my recently purchased home. Kevin was the first person to call me, I explained what was going on he asked a series of questions and eventually referred me to the installer of the system. Informing me there should be a minimum one year installers warranty, to figure out whom installed it and to get them back out as to not void my manufacture warranty by allowing someone else work on the system. I received and used information from my broker and the same day 4/24/26 called the original installer and they are coming today 4/28/26 to fix this brand new system. We had a minor issue with our furnace that he repaired at no cost, and went over multiple options to solve our AC issue in detail, not just offering the most expensive option. Replacement was done quickly and professionally - he and his coworker were both very friendly. Our questions were answered honestly and completely. We would use him again and recommend without reservation.
