He came to my home shortly thereafter, checked the unit, took pictures and showed me what needed to be replaced and also provided different options to fix the issue and keep the cost reasonable. I agreed to his recommendations and he took pictures of what was replaced. The service was fantastic, and it was explained to me where I could totally understand what was done. "From start to finish a great experience! Called with no air conditioning yesterday, a Friday holiday weekend. The lady that answered the worked wonders and found tech close by that could come the next morning. I received a call the tech was going to be earlier than expected. Great news on a hot day with no air. The service was efficient and fair priced. Within a hour my unit was up and running again. The sales office followed up right after to schedule a time to look a future options since my unit is getting up there in age. No pushy sales. Professional, quality service. "I hired GSM Services to replace my A/C unit and furnace with a newer, upgraded system. A few weeks ago Kelly came to my house to give me an estimate for a new heating and air system. He was on time and very professional. He surveyed my existing system, took measurements of my house, and did some calculations to determine exactly what type and capacity system that I would need. He showed and explained to me several options as well as their prices. He wasn’t pushy as he left in order to give me time to review the different options before making my decision. I called the office the next day with my decision and to set up a date and time for installation. Today (May 22) Kyle and Craig showed up on time and were extremely professional as well. They worked from 8:30 to 5:30 completing the replacement of my entire heating/air system. The field team leader also showed up just to ensure that everything was going smoothly. They were very helpful in answering any questions that I had throughput the day and they took the time to explain to me about the new system after installation was complete (I.e. how to operate the new programmable thermostat). Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."

"Mr. Howard responded quickly to my request regarding sudden water stains above fireplaces on two floors. They came out and did a temporary roof repair between storms until storms cleared enough for permanant repair. He even called me at 9 pm on a Friday night during a particularly bad rain storm to cofirm the temp work was effective. It was very effective. Roof damage was repaired, damage to a wood chimney extending up three floors was repaired. We ended up with a full exterior refresh and our house looks great. Work crews showed up when expected. Site was left clean daily. Crew was efficient, polite, respectful of our home and friendly. They asked on a daily basis if we were happy with the work done and quickly responded to our questions and concerns. We would hire them again."
