"Jay did great work, promptly, and taught me much about my older home's plumbing and HVAC systems. Installed new main service cut off valve, plus several other interior cut off valves for water lines to our two bathrooms, toilets and outside water spigot. All up-to-date and super easy to turn on/off. Plus, installed new Hot and Cold valves for tub in main bathroom that go with older style of tile and shower b/c originals had worn out and were leaking. Great to have this tub and shower available again for use! Did the work i requested, no pressure to upsell, but made some great suggestions for improvements at much better price than competition.
