"Universal Air Heating and Cooling recently installed new air conditioner and gas furnace. Smooth process from start to finish. Bill was very knowledgeable and honest about what I needed. He provided options and did not oversell additional equipment like other companies. His team installed the new systems in a timely fashion. They too were knowledgeable and were eager to teach me. They were careful while in my home and cleaned any debris. Pricing of new system was very fair for Trane. "I was shown pictures of problems that I did not know was going on. I have had a heat pump in my Attic and I showed that mold was in and around my unit. I am thankful to James for showing me this and I was told about equipment that can be installed to make sure that we do not breathe this air that can come into our house. I got the repairs done today. I asked James to send me information about the type of unit that they can install to help with this problem."

"This was a 5 star experience working with New Energy Solutions. Tim worked with us to identify and size the right equipment to completely replace our old / inefficient HVAC system. I conducted lots of research on equipment (Trane, Lennox, York, American Standard, Goodman etc. equipment, LG vs. Climatuff vs. Copeland compressor etc.), to ensure I understood the proposals. Tim worked with me to explain all the different options from different manufactures, single stage vs two stage, heat pump vs. furnace, variable blowers etc. Once we agreed on the equipment (Trane), one week later Tim, Buddy and Tanner came out for removal of the old and install of the new. The install took place 1 1/2 weeks after the initial inquiry, and the entire process was seamless. The team did a phenomenal job, and we are now running a two stage gas furnace, with variable blower and matching AC unit. The system looks beatifically and works just as well. We haven't had such a positive experience with a contractor before. Extremely impressed and would most definitely recommend New Energy Solutions; especially Tim, Buddy and Tanner."

"George was awesome - our air conditioner stopped working at noon and he was here by 2pm and got us back up and running by 3pm. Showed me it was just the capacitor and also alerted me to a potential other issue down the road and gave me a quote on it just in case. Pricing was reasonable and I'm gonna use him for service on my unit and furnace as well here on out. I couldn't be happier or recommend him more."

"Valentino from Value Temp came to our house the SAME day! And this was in the middle of a 90-degree heat wave. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner that same day and fixed it, all in less than an hour. Their price was reasonable and one of the lowest I could find. "Came out for emergency air conditioning service. Had to shut down air conditioning for a night to thaw out the ice that formed around the unit. We had to put up window units though because it was way too hot in the house to sleep. Originally, we were told we might need to replace our entire unit. After I called back stating our current unit was still under warranty, they came back the next day, and remarkably all we needed was a freon top off. Total cost for the 1/2 cup of Freon and initial visit = $300. I will not be using them again."
