"Everything went well with AAA. My refrigerator issue wasn't urgent - I got an appointment about 4 days out, but then got a call back with an opening only 1 day out. The repairman arrived 15 min early - it would have been nice to get a call with a heads up, but I'll take early over late any day. It's rather anxiety-producing when there's a flat fee and then a fee for every 15 minutes, but he was able to diagnose the issue quickly as a defective damper. The quote to return, bring the replacement damper and replace it was $202. It looked straightforward to do, so I asked if I could do it myself. He was very helpful on this. From diagnosis to how to replace to chatting about our dogs (at my instigation), he was out the door in 15 minutes. The replacement damper came in the mail today from an online retailer, and I popped it right in. $63 on top of the $84 for the AAA visit, and I'm all set. I would definitely call AAA again - I trust them to do things right, at a price that is fair (and at which they can make a living)."

"The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."
