"be was very professional , he introduced himself .went right to work, checked the outside unit,but no gauges,he said the rate for his work would increase.from 65.00 for inspection to 75.00 dollars an/hour.. He checked inside and quot;Aand quot; coil, he said with it dirty it was could be causing the problem. He also looked around inside unit for leaks but could nopt find where it was. "Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
