"Their extremely punctual and very knowledgable repair person diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective parts very quickly, removed a damaging excess of coolant another service person had charged the system with, and took the time to answer all of my questions intelligently as well as instruct me in system maintenance. He spotted an issue with a related system (humidifier) while he was working on the air conditioner and simply disabled the unit for me so the cracked tube wouldn't leak, without trying to up-sell me on further repairs. He even told me it was a relatively simple repair that I could perform myself, and advised me as to where I could purchase the part. I fully appreciate the honesty, and based on this experience would definitely trust this company to fairly price and competently complete work on any plumbing or HVAC system. Highly recommend!
