So this has a monthly fee, it is $19 a month. It was a check up, they came over to check the plumbing throughout the house. I like that they're really responsive by phone, it is easy to schedule whatever you require from them. I didn't like the prices they quoted me for fixing some stuff that needed fixing in the home. Because most of this is stuff you can pretty much do yourself, it will cost you like $60 to get the tools, and that's pretty much what I did. Interactions with them were professional, courteous, they were here on time.  I would say it was a real good interaction. The work turned out great, they did a house inspection for plumbing. There prices were all over the place.  They have really good prices for heating and cooling but their plumbing prices are, I would say, over the top."

They said they could give me a very good deal on a new AC with all parts and labor included if and when I choose to replace the AC unit with them.
