"Wes and an assistant technician came at their assigned time at 9am and worked hard all day until after 7pm. They were very effective and detailed in locating the problems with my duct system (there were many) and ensuring their setup was meticulously done so that the Aeroseal air sealing went well. Their attention to detail was fantastic and when they went to do the sealing treatment they showed me what they were doing and explained how the Aeroseal system works. They even printed a graph for me on how the sealing measures tightened up my ducts.
My HVAC duct system was exceptionally leaky. It started leaking at 414 cfm and by the time Wes was done doing the Aeroseal treatment it only leaked 160 cfm. I didn't expect them to be able to seal all of the leaks, but they got most of them. I was running the downstairs AC this morning and I can feel the difference in the amount of AC now blowing out of the downstairs vents. I am certain this will also help on our heating bills in the winter."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! "Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
