"Prompt, courteous, professional. Went above and beyond, offering a personal guarantee on service for my mother-in-law. The job took place during a heat wave, where my mother-in-law was in desperate need of having her air-conditioner replaced. The job was completed quickly an competently. I would absolutely recommend this company."

"Called within an hour of the request. Was at our house in 45 min. had the problem resolved quickly and reasonable for an emergency call on a Sunday for my central Air Condtioning Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone!"

"Andrew replaced our heating and cooling system and went above and beyond. He ran into a lot of faulty wiring from the previous installation and made everything right so we have a safe and functioning unit. He worked long hours to get the job done quickly as well. Thank you Andrew! Totally recommend and will continue to use him and his company."

"Toilet re-install because my DIY install caused a ceiling leak. Horizon Services charged a reasonable $376 (with discounts). My only concern was 1 of the 2 workers was not Covid vaccinated. My wife and I are 72 yrs old vaccinated with co-morbidity issues. ALL businesses should notify customers of the COVID vaccination status of employees working in customers' homes. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR THE WORK. But, they need to amend COVID policy. Once vaccines recive full FDA approval ALL business must require COVID vaccination as a condition of employment."

"Excellent knowledge, customer service, and workmanship. Came out on July 4th and completed all work in a very short amount of time. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who asks about a heating and air guy."

"I have a service contract with Petro. They came out to fix a leak on my heater. Service person came out on time, fixed the problem and cleaned up so you would never know he was even there. Very pleasant experience all the way through."

"Great experience Justin, Nate & Timothy were awesome. Very knowledgeable, professional & curious. Aside from the cleanliness they delivered an experience. I highly recommend HL bowman if you want rapid service on your HVAC. Pricing was reasonable in my opinion & financing is an option. Keep in mind when seeking quotes for your HVAC repair/ new install you must consider performance over equipment, that is if your want a good system that will have a good run/life span."

"My AC went down in the middle of a heat wave so I called Bosh. Super professional approach for scheduling and communicating with the tech, i received a text message of who and when they would be coming for service. Josh was VERY professional, polite, honest and was quick on getting my AC back up and running! I will 100% use them again and will highly recommend them to anyone that needs any HVAC work done. THANK YOU BOSH!!!"

"Turned my furnace on, and cold air blew! Looked here on Home Advisor for a top rated pro, and called Unique. They were here within 2 days (it was not that cold out, so it was not urgent). Joe was thorough in is investigation and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing, so I understood. He did not have the part to fix it right then, so they had to order it and come back. He and Rico came back for the repair and both were very nice and knowledgeable. I feel confident with their work, and they were a pleasure to deal with. I feel the price is a little high, but they warranty their work and seem to have very skilled workers, so I think it is worth the peace of mind. Also, all the office staff on the phone were great to deal with as well."
