"We have two HVAC systems. Last spring I realized AC of the newer one did not work. Got a few estimates, everyone quoted the whole system for various reasons, except SOS. They pointed out the coil is compatible with current standard refrigerant so only need to replace the condenser. Took their proposal and the AC was fixed at a much lower cost. A month later, the AC of the older system also broke. Its coil was not compatible with new condenser so must be replaced as well. This time everyone quoted the whole system. SOS cost is much lower and we had a good experience with the previous job so the decision was a no brainer. The job was again done in time to our satisfaction. Admittedly both jobs had some minor issues. But they quickly sent technicians to fix them after we found out some time later so I would still recommend them without any reservations."
