"We were recommended to Speer Air by two separate friends who have used them for years for heating and air conditioning service. Our furnace had not been serviced for two years and we wanted it looked over as we approached the heating season. Contacting the company was a snap: very organized office operation took our information and scheduled us for an appointment. Because we called as late as we did, the appointment could not be scheduled sooner than two or three weeks out. Speer Air also mailed us information about service contracts that could save us money on future calls. We did decide to go with a contract, but the initial visit was not covered as part of it.
On the day of service the technician showed up ahead of schedule. He was a delightful young man who spent an hour testing, cleaning, and insuring smooth operation of the furnace and thermostat. He explained what he did. He tolerated our wacky dog with good humor. After the job was done he presented an invoice for the work done that day. (The service contract we had paid by mail previously). No discrepancy between the telephone estimate and the invoice. 
Very satisfied with this company's thoroughness: previous furnace startups from others did not include nearly as much detail. Happy to recommend Speer Air.

He was very accommodative to our request to look at our AC as soon as possible since our tenant has guest coming from overseas. "The entire Green Ductors team is awesome. From the start, Igor reached out to me shortly after I entered my HomeAdviors request. Unfortunately, I was unable to reply to him right away. He was very good with following up and when I was finally able to respond I had the pleasure of working with Olga. She was very agreeable and really worked hard to find a time for the work to be completed. When duct cleaning day arrived, Alik arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time (8 AM) and waited in my driveway until I motioned to him that it was ok to start. Before he entered my home, he removed his shoes. We walked around the house looking at the vents and my heating system. Next, he brought in all of his machines and gear. He worked tirelessly for almost 6 hours cleaning all of the vents (dryer vent included) He took a bunch of before (YUCK!!!) and after (sparkling clean) pictures. He was really a master at his craft. My entire family noticed that by the next morning our allergies felt better, our noses less stuffy and the air in our house seemed much cleaner.
