"They were able to come out the same day for air conditioning service. They provided a courtesy call and photo of the tech before their arrival. Price was fair, and service fee waived if repair was done. Also wore mask (for Covid) and foot coverings while in the house."

"We used one of Angie's List special offers to purchase a tankless water heater. We were able to get an appointment for the installation very quickly. The team arrived on time. The men removed and hauled away the old 80 gallon water heater. Then they attached the new tankless unit to the wall. They needed to run a new PVC vent out of the house which they did. We asked them to attach the unit to the inside wall, which caused an additional charge because the pipe had to run 25' across the basement ceiling. The men were professional, pleasant and very neat. They were very knowledgeable about their product and answered all our questions.

"Ended up not needing to replace thermostat. ARS technician checked A/C system and found no issues. Discovered nest thermostat was installed by utility company, allowing them to shut it down during peak usage. Previous homeowner is to blame."
