"This was the best experience with a company that I have never had come to my home before. I run an Airbnb out of my residence and my central air stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I called all the service people in my area and no one could come for 2 weeks. I was panicked! I found Cawiamca on Angi's list. They are located in Saybrook CT. I wasn't sure they would come all the way to my home in Mystic. The owner himself called me and had someone come out THAT VERY DAY!! And the problem was fixed within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service man that came out. Fabulous, friendly, and expert service! I highly recommend them!"

There was no sales pitch, I actually asked for a quote heat pump quote too, because I saw the benefits myself. I ultimately chose the heat pump and appreciate that Jeremy gave me the information needed to make an informed decision. His crew was fantastic, friendly, professional, and thorough. They removed the old system and completed prep work on day one, then finished the install on day two and walked me through everything. Great communication, great pricing, great workmanship.
