I now understand how to properly clean my air filter and operate my nest thermostat. I still operate sort of old school but he encouraged me to utilized the nest app to help manage the temperature of my home. Most people use jargons, or acronym when explaining techniques, but Brandon was very patient with me and did not mind explaining anything more than once.
