"We decided to add central air to our house. I called sure-temp as they installed our furnace 4 years ago. Based on my furnace experience, I expected a quote from a polite, professional person and that is exactly what I got. Interestingly enough, I mentioned to the estimator that I felt that Sure Temp was very reasonable with their products and pricing. He said quite bluntly that they were not necessarily the cheapest but that they worked hard to support everything that they sell. To be safe, I had 2 other companies do an assessment. While a month and a half later I have yet to hear from one company, the second was $200.00 more for a similarly featured competitive model. Add the 36 month interest free financing and I am happy. To be honest, the estimators from all 3 companies were professional in their work.
Ok. Back to sure temp. The quote came to me within 2 days. After doing my due diligence, I contacted Sure Temp to confirm, got approved and within a week the install was completed. Talk about fast! The installers arrived early and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well.
From the initial call through completion, everyone I came into contact with at this firm was never anything but polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them highly.

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "After getting several quotes and learning about the various methods to accomplish attic insulation we decided to hire Advantage Insulation. Mike came on site to give us a free quote and did an excellent job of reviewing the options. We compared their quote to others and decided that encapsulating the attic roof and gables with spray foam was the correct solution. We did a combination of open cell and closed cell. On install day they arrived on site, Ed with a crew of five. We reviewed what needed to be done and then they got to work. They set up quickly and had 2 sprayers in the attic after about 30 minutes. Plastic was laid out on the entrance stairs and hallway to minimize the mess. The attic entryway was sealed off to keep debris from getting into the house. It took a few hours to complete the job. They cleaned up and were gone before I could even thank the crew for doing a great job. And what a difference in the heat loss. I can't express how wonderful it is to finally have a warm house. I heat with a pellet stove downstairs and a gas furnace. The pellet stove is now running on it's lowest setting and the furnace has not come on once since the install. Temps have been in the 20's. The attic temp is over 60 degrees. Best home upgrade we have ever done. Should have done it 40 years ago."
