"James was here twice and was prompt both times. The first time he arrived, he check out the air conditioning system to determine the problem as to why it was not cooling. He found what may be a possible refrigerant leak where ice was built up. He said that it was low on refrigerant so he and I set up a time to return the next day to install more refrigerant. Jim was very knowledgeable. I would hire him again for any future cooling problems that may arise."

"We needed a whole new A/C unit. We called 5 other companies for quotes. Advanced Air was the cheapest and we as if he had a lot of knowledge so we hired him. He came a little later then scheduled - but he called to warn us that there was an urgent job that made him off schedule. He worked diligently until the job was done - it took longer then he orginally expected and he had to fabricate a piece to so it would fit with our older furnace. He did the extra work and fabrication without extra charges (including labor costs). He was very honest and hard working and we will calling him again when our furnace stops working.

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner. "WOW --Daniel was truly AMAZING! Our AC went out right before a heatwave. I called a couple of HVAC companies and even got 2 estimates for a few thousands of dollars. We were told that we needed to replace the AC condenser along with other things in order for AC to work again. Found TBD Heating and Cooling via Angi and they sent a technician within hours. Daniel was incredibly professional, explained the issue clearly and had our AC working within minutes!! He was very good at explaining the issue that was actually minor --bad wiring that caused overloading of freon.
