"I made an appointment for 3/12/15. They called on 3/9 and said they had an opening for 3/10 between 8am & 12pm, so I took it. The technicians arrived at 8am and explained what they were going to do in detail. Originally I was just getting the air ducts vacuumed but Angel showed me photos of the inside of the ducts and suggested I had them deep cleaned. My house gets very dusty and when I saw my air ducts I understood why. Angel and Piwi worked efficiently, they were polite and professional. They also did an organic santitation of the ducts and a deep cleaning of my clothes dryer. While I was not anticipating spending $800, I understood the need for it to be done, they gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member too. I will make sure I get my ducts done every couple of years and will definitely use National Duct Cleaning Services again.

He went right to work assessing the problems and doing the maintenance work on our equipment. He is a diligent worker, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He's a great representative for their company and I would hope they appreciate the quality of employee they have in Joe. I did not get other quotes on the a/c unit so I can't comment on price of unit, but it seemed reasonable with everything else that was done. The quote for replacing the air handler coils in attic seemed excessive to me at $2500 but I had no comps; we opted to use original coils."
