"Louis was professional friendly and explained my new thermostat to me. He was helpful and cleaned up. I will be having him back in the spring to give the AC a look and make sure we are ready for summer."

"They had a lot of experience in the cleaning up our air duct. They were the best. They also cleaned my dryer and chimney very well. I'm comfortable using them again and again. They had a reasonable price."

"We had an outstanding experience with Behold Heating & Cooling Services! Our HVAC blower (squirrel cage) failed on Thursday evening, just before a weekend with temperatures expected to reach 102 degrees. After calling multiple HVAC companies and being told no one could come out until the following week, Behold was able to schedule Erfan Azimi to come out right away. Erfan quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary parts, and had our air conditioning back up and running before the weekend. He was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We truly appreciated the prompt service and professionalism, especially given how busy HVAC companies are during this heat. I highly recommend Erfan Azimi and Behold Heating & Cooling Services. They turned what could have been a miserable weekend into a comfortable one!"

"It was excellent. It's great working with them. I will definitely use them in the future and I will refer them to anyone who needed the same service."

He saved me from unintentionally restricting airflow and burning out my entire system. He a Very knowledgeable and an all around good guy. Highly recommend this company."

"**5 Stars — Small Business to the Rescue!** Brian and Valerie of Chatfields LLC AC and Heating saved the day! Our furnace failed while guests were staying at our property. A larger HVAC company quoted $2,150 to replace the circuit board and two pressure switches. Thankfully, we sought a second opinion. Brian carefully investigated, confirmed the board and one switch were working, and replaced only the faulty pressure switch. Heat was restored the same day for $275—a $1,875 difference! Beyond the savings, Brian was thorough, honest, professional, and true to his word. Meeting his wife, Valerie, was equally wonderful. They are such a kind, warm couple who made a stressful day easier. This is why I love supporting small businesses! Chatfields stepped in where a larger company fell short and earned my trust and future business. I'll gladly continue supporting hardworking small businesses like theirs. Thank you both for your integrity and outstanding service. Highly recommended!"

"Ryan came out to help with my swamp cooler cover on the roof.... In the process I also got a complete furnace inspection, a gas leak to my furnace fixed, and an estimate on some new baseboard heating install for our basement. RPM HVAC does it all! Very knowledgeable, great value, excellent customer service. Thanks !!"
