"My air conditioning condenser went out the fan stoped blowing on the hottest night of the year. He contacted me right away the next morning at 9 am and we made an appointment for that afternoon a Saturday that was forecast to be over 100 degrees . I was expecting to be told I needed to buy a whole new condenser unit and I wouldn t have air conditioning until Monday. Crossing my fingers that it wouldn t cost more than my credit card limit. He came and gave me a fair quote for a new unit and also quoted me for a repair he said should keep the unit running for three or four more years. Very professional. The charge was $300 to unplug lines in air conditioning units (2) and install safety valves that will turn off A/C if leaks occur.
