"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"Albert was very prompt in replying to my request for service through Home Advisor. He was also able to repair my air conditioner the very next day. He appeared to be very knowledgable, professional and friendly."

"Outstanding service. Edmond was very honest and completed the job flawlessly. I picked Hocomo to replace the whole unit with a new one."

"He was very accommodating considering the weather conditions and gave service with a smile."

"We had them Replaced furnace and air conditioning unit. It was installed about a year ago but they came out for a regular service about a month ago. the service was free, part of the contract. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."

"It's a few days after the first measurable snow fall we've had in the northeast in several years and my heat pump outside unit stopped working. I switched the system to emergency heat and started making calls for help. I got in contact with Will from Air Distributor HVAC and he was able to expedite my service request and got to my house within 1 hour. He gave my system a comprehensive look, diagnosed the problem with a high degree of confidence and provided a fair quote for fixing it. He applied the fix and then much to my surprise (and appreciation) he waited an extra hour to ensure there were no other contributing factors that could present a problem in this freezing weather. I appreciate his expertise and professionalism, but also his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my family is comfortable. All my future HVAC needs will referred to Air Distributor HVAC. Will, thank you very much for a great experience!"

"I appreciate the experience, expertise, knowledge and integrity of this business. The home I live in is very old and I am a renter with very little knowledge of HVAC services. Sean, the serviceman, explained clearly what the issue was with the furnace and even provided advice regarding CO detectors, that I should have more than one. I am very grateful for the service he provided and I definitely recommend his company."

"I reached out to Angi’s to find a HVAC company to help with my AC that was blowing hot air in the summer. I got super lucky when I found MSR Heating and Cooling. They arrived on time and assessed my situation. I appreciated the time they took to explain the issue in ways I understood as well as recommend the best option for me. The estimate quote was fair and there were no surprise expenses to repair my unit. I can’t thank the owner, Moises enough for a job well done. His professionalism, knowledge and skills are reflected in the quality of work performed. I would highly recommend this company for your next repair."

"OUTSTANDING JOB, REPLACED MY OLD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION SYSTEM."

"Quick response to my inquiry. Helped us reset and clean our air handler to get AC going again, after hours. Very helpful!"
