"Andrew and his assistant were very professional in their approach to cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. The services they provided were totally consistent with how they describe their approach to the service they provide. This included the very helpful before and after pictures taken which would convince anyone of the need to have this work performed in their homes."

"We had a great experience with Phoenix HVAC this weekend. We had been having issues with our air conditioning flow and sent a few messages to various companies in the early hours of Saturday morning requesting quotes. Phoenix HVAC responded incredibly quickly in just a matter of hours and came by to do an assessment. Tony and Bob were extremely friendly and walked us through the issues and fixes, answering all our questions in a supportive and non-condescending way. They were also not dismissive about any of the issues we had. We appreciated how they did not try to sell us anything that wasn t standard, being completely transparent and helpful throughout the process. We were so impressed, we decided to use them for our regular maintenance."

"This business is the company that bought the older Barrington Heating and Air Conditioning. I have relied on Barrington to service my house furnace and A/C for more than 50 years. They have come to my rescue more than once. My service technicians have become friends, not just repair people."

"Full Efficiency heating and cooling has maintained my home AC and heating for many years. The reason why, I trusted my technician Carlos to install a new HVAC service at my new office in Waukegan. He is amazing, always listens to my concerns, educates me, and builds my trust. An amazing team, focused on delivering trusting customer service. A debt of gratitude to Full Efficiency heating and cooling."

"We would absolutely hire Toptec again. They were easy to contact and set up time with for our appointment. The man that came to our house, (Dr.)Dre, showed up promptly and was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He took the time to literally explain every piece of our furnace, humidifier, and air conditioner (we're new homeowners) and answer any questions we had for him. He examined everything quite thoroughly and gave recommendations for any parts that needed replacing. You can tell that he is passionate and knowledgable about what he does. He even took the time to power wash down our air conditioner and remove a lovely dead mouse that was stuck in there. I will definitely be requesting Dre to come back for anything we have done! Thank you!
