"Company called instantly upon getting Service Magic request for emergency service and tech arrived an hour later. Tech helpful, professional, fast working. Another company previously said I had a faulty gas valve and would have to replace furnace because parts not available for 30+ year old furnace. However, Consumer's Choice tech said valve fine; just cleaned out pilot light and I had heat again at low cost. Also gave estimate on smaller (more suitably sized), more efficient furnace if I did need to replace because heat exchanger is rusting out. Will definitely consider them for future service or install. Very satisfied with this experience."

"Terrone responded immediately to our request for service on Saturday. He came to service our air-conditioner which was working minimally. He did fix it and it gave us relief from the heat. However, we knew that our heat pump/air conditioner was in need of replacement. Terrone talked to us about options, gave us some time to do research on the best choice for our home and came back to do the installation. His pricing was reasonable. He and Caleb worked to removed the old system, install the new system, install our new Smart Thermostat ( I-Comfort) and come back to check on the system and us that everything was working correctly. What makes our experience with Mr. Terrone Street so satisfying, both from a professional standpoint of excellent service but also and equally important from a personal standpoint, is that Mr. Street is is a man of integrity, character and dedication.
