"The technician arrived on time and was extremely professional and polite - to the point that he asked if it was OK to plug in his cell phone charger! He took his time and ensured that everything was hooked up properly. Upon completion, he took the time to answer all of my questions (I had a lot since I had originally intended to install it myself - glad I didn't). "Everything turned out well in the end. They had a few problems on the way but they fixed them. We’ve had them out for different things like the furnace, air conditioning and things like that. The main problem this time was, it wasn’t the same person that came out each time. One person made a mistake and then someone else had to come out and fix it. The person who made the mistake should have noticed they were doing something wrong. I don’t know if they were less experienced or if they didn’t pay attention or what it was. When we called and said there was a problem, they did get it corrected. They sent out somebody I guess with more experience and he took care of it. Overall I’m happy and would use them again. They did our furnace several years ago. I haven’t called or compared their prices to anyone. I have talked to friends who have had similar things done and they said the price is probably about right. It wasn’t a very professional way to did it though. I would use their services again in the future."
