"As with my other reviews of this company, this big job went very well. From the technician checking my original concern with my old unit to the comfort specialist coming out to give me a bid and options. I decided with the type of refrigerant my old unit uses, it would be better to replace the complete unit. The comfort specialist explained all it would entail and we set a date to have it replaced. Alex and crew showed up on time and went to work. They were very careful to lay tarps down not to make a mess. The job took about 6 hrs. Which was about what I was told. I could have not asked for a better installation. Very neat, everything tied down and all equipment was explained as to how to use and maintain. This was a costly service but I feel I made the correct decision and knowing that Air Specialist has my back made it easier to swallow. This company is a class act A++ in my book."

"I moved into a new (older) home and had Scott inspect the AC/heating. He was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain everything and and made future recommendations but did not push. He fixed a couple of minor problems and we'll see how that works. Would hire again."

"Andres was amazing. My father had a stroke in January and our a/c unit stopped blowing cold air completely. I was concerned for his health and needed someone immediately. Not only did Andres come out in less than 2 hours, but he drove from Katy to Rosenberg to do so. He went through and made sure to thoroughly check what the issue was. He gave me several options and a maintenance plan that will save us a great deal of money. He made sure to listen and to provide the best plan of action possible.
