"The technicians did an excellent job in repairing a split unit Heating and Air Conditioning unit in the sunroom"

"We quit using them because their service fees were too high. The guy who put the air conditioner was excellent."

"I am very satisfied with the product and the service provided by Cool Air Mechanical and their technician, Sean Haynes. Sean did an excellent job of installing an air purification system. Sean also performed the annual checkup on my A/C system. I highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical and especially Sean for any air conditioning service."

"The service technician was totally professional. He was on time and he called ahead of time to provide an estimated time of arrival. I was especially pleased that he wore protective gear to ensure that guidelines for Covid 19 were followed. This company was a third opinion for my repair. The cost was much less than I received from the previous company. Go with this company if you have heat and air problems."

"There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."
