Shannon was terrific to work with both on understanding that in the middle of December she could not go without heat, and that funds were limited. He took the time to find us a great replacement and even installed on the weekend to prevent my mother from having to stay in the cold for more than a day. "These guys are the best. we moved into a new house back in June and had the hot water heater die after a few weeks. Frank was out the next day with a new hot water heater, at a excellent price. Both my wife and I were extremely happy with the work done, the price we were given and the customer service we got. Since then we have had two other 'emergencies' (air conditioner/leaky pipe in bathroom) and these guys came out right away and fixed the problems at excellent prices.
