"My air conditioning unit went out on a Friday night after 9pm on one of the hottest weeks of the summer. I assumed I would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Desperate, I looked online for an A/C repair company in Chillicothe and picked Advanced Services, Inc. Less than an hour later a service technician showed up to fix my A/C unit. Turned out my capacitor needed to be replaced. The service technician had a capacitor in his truck, replaced the broken one and I had cool air again in less than an hour later! I couldn't have been more pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism, and expertise. The service technician even examined and answered questions about my house's radiators. I would definitely call them again if/when I have air conditioner or heater problems."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.
