"My central A/C was not blowing cold air late last year.  So I waited this year to do the service that Angie offered for Spring tune up for $65.  Steve called me that he would like to come to my house a couple hours early because he was in the neighborhood.  So, he showed up and get to work immediately.  My initial thought that I have to replace the complete AC system, but Steve checked out the outside unit and he said the unit is in good condition.  Then he checked the circuit breaker and he told me that the circuit breaker was tripped so there no need to replace the system for now.  He also offered a couple estimates for future works if I needed to replace either the complete system or just the outside AC unit.  And he also explained the pros and cons of the costs of both.  I would definitely hire them again or any repairs in the future.

"Ray was friendly and very professional and you can tell immediately that he was very customer oriented. As far as prices go, he was more than fair compared to the other bids. As a matter of fact I expanded the scope of his work to include a new water heater too. All the equipment supplied was 100% new, still in the factory cartons and the installation work was TOP QUALITY. Ray not only sold me the job but he did the installation too. He and partner Ken, and their assistant (3 man crew total) worked very professionally and effectively. Needless to say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM."
