"I called and they sent someone out the next day. They were prompt and efficient and most of all the swamp cooler was repaired. The price they charged was excellent. I also signed up for a maintenance contract based on how well they took care of this problem. There are not a lot of places left who service swamp coolers so this was a good find. I have already recommended them to my sister for service on the air conditioning system in her home."

"Yikes, Victor from EXTREME Air Conditioning and Heating really loves what he does!. It was an extremely hot weekend and after I contacting 3 air conditioning services, Victor called me within two minutes. Even though he had a full schedule he said he would at my house in one and a half hours. He was here exactlly on time. - It was a Saturday and he arrived at 6:30 PM! Who works on a Saturday night. Even though he had another call to still make he gave us his full attention until the repair was done to his satisfaction. On, and did I mention there was no charge to come over to look at the air conditioning system We were charged for the work after he told us what was wrong and we agreed on the work. He actually called to followup to see how the unit is working. Who does this Needless to say, he and his worker were extremely professional, caring and, like he said himself, he loves what he does. I would highly recommend this caring, humble man to anyone who is looking for air conditioning service. We were blessed to have him in our home."
