So he comes and notices a lot of things the last guy didn’t even check. He fixes it and I’m figuring I will get some more years out of my 18 yr old unit. He saved me a bunch of money. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate.
